NoUploadMD is a free browser utility. PDF extraction is inherently imperfect, so you remain responsible for reviewing and using the output.

Permitted use

You may use NoUploadMD to convert documents that you own or are authorised to process. You must follow applicable law and respect copyright, confidentiality, and contractual restrictions.

No accuracy guarantee

PDFs do not store semantic document structure consistently. Headings, reading order, lists, tables, and formulas can be incomplete or wrong. NoUploadMD provides warnings where practical, but you must review the Markdown before relying on it.

Unsupported material

Local Mode is not an OCR service and does not promise reliable conversion of scanned pages, handwriting, complex formulas, engineering drawings, damaged files, password-protected files, or complex tables.

Availability

The service may change, pause, or enforce conservative browser limits. Processing speed and memory capacity depend on your device. NoUploadMD is provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, NoUploadMD is not liable for loss caused by inaccurate conversion, an unsupported document, browser failure, or reliance on unreviewed output. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
